Privacy Policy — Grimoire: Character Sheet 5.5e
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Grimoire collects nothing, sends nothing, and stores everything on your own device. It has no network permission, so it is not able to transmit your data even if it wanted to.
What data the app collects
None.
The app requests no Android permissions. It has no INTERNET permission, which means the operating system will not allow it to make a network connection of any kind. There is no account, no sign-in, and no way to identify you.
Specifically, the app does not collect, transmit or share:
- Personal or contact information
- Location
- Device or advertising identifiers
- Usage, analytics or diagnostic data
- Crash reports
- Any character you create
What is stored, and where
Characters you create are stored on your device only, in the app's private storage. Android removes that storage when the app is uninstalled.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking software development kits.
Files you export
You can export a character to a file. This uses Android's own document picker, so the file is written wherever you choose and the app never sees the rest of your storage. Anything you do with that file afterwards, including sharing it, is under your control and outside this app.
Children
The app is a tool for a tabletop game. It collects no data from anyone, including children, because it collects no data at all.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the app ever collects or transmits data, this policy will be updated before that version is published, and the change will be described here with its date.
